The following skills are ideal for success:

Consumer goods and services sales experience is ideal
Roadshow or product demonstration experience to present products
Experience in direct or pitch style sales is ideal
Culinary experience with a passion for food
Ideally, theater / acting experience to convey information clearly and effectively

In this role you can be expected to do the following:

Perform demonstrations as the face of Zwilling focused on driving sales and brand awareness
Answering customers’ questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event
Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
Set up, break down, and merchandise demo booth/pop-up shop
Take inventory on a regular basis and communicate replenishment needs
Communicate regularly with the management team providing constructive insights and feedback

Schedule:

Pay, Bonus and Commission Structure:

Hourly pay plus overtime with an aggressive uncapped sales-based commission / bonus structure.
On average, experienced demonstrators make $2,300-$2,500 per 10-day assignment, with potential to make significantly more based on sales performance.

401k plan with company match of first 3% plus additional match.
These positions will require local travel for specific shows.
Shows within 50 miles of residence:
- Reimbursable Mileage (personal vehicle) or Transit costs.
Shows more than 50 miles from residence:
- We will cover necessary travel costs within reason to include:
  - Hotel, airfare, rental car, when necessary & up to $50/day meal reimbursement.
